Success: Delhi High Court directed the C.B.I. to investigate the caste certificate of each and every Schedule Tribe employees working in the Ministries, Govt. & semi-Govt. organizations such as C.B.I. confirmed that 30% of certificates were not genuine. Now C.B.I. has been investigating and registering cases against them who are employed on the basis of forged caste certificates.

Success: Delhi High Court directed the Centre, Bihar Governments and the Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) to give reply in a case regarding embezzlement of election funds to the tune of a whopping Rs 42 crore in Bihar [when Lalu prashad yadav was chief minister.

Success: Delhi High Court declered that All India Postal strike was illegal and Government was directed to solve the issue. Opposite parties are also directed to call off the strike immediately and that all India strike has been called off.

Magistrates to punish the M.C.D. staffs in case of their absence from duties and/or deliration of their duties. M.C.D. Commissioners and deputy commissioners are stated to be responsible to keep Delhi clean. Public can file police complaint or complaint case before MCD Magistrate or ACMM for the same under MCD Act.

Success: Delhi Govt. refused to issue Hawking Licence to number of poor Hawkers, fighting since 1974. Now they are provided Hawking License by M.C.D. as per direction of Delhi High Court. It is a question of their fundamental right.

Success: Provided underground optical telephone wiring in some villages in Punjab through a Public Interest Litigation before Delhi High Court.
